An accomplished writer and skilled outdoors man, Fears has authored more that 20 books on a variety of outdoor subjects and more than 3,500 magazine articles. He has been elected a member of the Explorer's Club for his work in the Arctic and currently edits "Rural Sportsman" for Progressive Farmer Magazine.
